Hope you are able to visit my blog about real estate development and genealogy research. Today, I had a special one hour visit with Bonnie Solomon. She is an ICON in senior housing and vice-president on board for St Louis Home Builders.

I completed 2 small projects and now working on 2 "larger" projects. Seniors want to move on in their lives, but their homes have lots of personal contents. Their houses are maintained but need cosmetic repairs. I get a lot of pleasure helping the senior and their children who say, "We wanted to update the house, but never got around to it." Well as you know in this market, the best houses sell when they look like a shiny new penny and at 5% to 10% below FMV.

Using Erica's advice, we replaced hardware, painted, removed carpet and lots more. I can't tell you what a difference this makes. My two houses: Glendale and Gustine will be FOR SALE in January. Can't wait to see you at Murdoch Perk. Judy
